Writing

I enjoy technical and scientific writing, as well as writing for the public. Crafting lively, accurate conservation and science stories is not only fun, it’s vital when explaining the work that we do.

Scientific writing

I’ve written papers for naturalist, regional, and international scientific journals, and am currently writing papers with ECCC. Researchgate

Grant writing

I’ve gotten most grants that I’ve written! Government, charity, and foundation grants are all part of the fundraising mix. This is part of what I do at Nature NL, and was an important aspect of my previous jobs at Manuels River.

Recent grants I secured, wrote, or co-wrote:

Nature Canada, 2020
